I don’t know what else to call it but the “Middle Room.” It’s the room between the room by the front door and the room by the back door. The Middle room is where 1/2 of the fireplace is. It is also where we just found some really cool bead board ceiling tucked up under some super nasty popcorn sprayed drywall. We won’t mention the huge gaping hole or the peeling paint or how much time and work it will take to bring it back to it’s original beauty. We will instead relish in the satisfaction of knowing that the idiots that lived here didn’t ruin everything by removing the beautiful wood.
I am so glad he is tall. Even on the ladder it’s a stretch. That lovely dirty, disgusting chandelier went into my stash for a future project. See the wall behind the cute guy on the ladder? Well the next post you won’t!!!!!!
Here is a little more. The drywall comes off in chunks sometimes and then other times it chooses to be difficult
Here’s a close up. Ain’t she pretty?????
The Middle Room has had a lot of changes this week. Excited to share the progress. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by or bring lunch. I’ll be the one with the hammer and crowbar.
